Independent pre-submission review

Every reason your application could be rejected — while you can still fix it.

Upload your grant application. In 5–8 minutes you get an independent review written against that programme's own evaluation criteria — every finding naming where it is in your text, which rule it breaches, how to fix it, and what a strong answer looks like.

  • One payment, €50–€150 — no account, no subscription
  • Processed in the EU — deleted after your review, never used for training

One payment, then your complete review by email in 5–8 minutes. 14-day money back — no justification needed.

Processed in the EU

Google Cloud / Vertex AI, EU region, for the length of your review only.

Deleted after your review

Your upload is held in memory and dropped as soon as the report is built.

Never used for training

No model is trained or fine-tuned on your proposal. Contractually, not just in policy.

14-day money back

Nothing worth acting on? Email us within 14 days. No justification needed.

How your review is produced

Not one pass over your document. Five, each answering a different question, with the answers reconciled against each other before anything is written.

Upload

Proposal, plus any annexes, budget or deck you want reconciled against it.

Programme rules

Routed to that programme’s own contract — criteria, thresholds, page limits, eligibility.

Audit passes

Excellence, Impact and Implementation assessed separately, so a strong section cannot mask a weak one.

Reconciliation

Every claim checked against every other document you gave us. Contradictions surface here.

Report delivery

A three-page Fix Sheet and the full review, by email, as PDFs.

What a finding actually looks like

Every finding names the place in your text, the rule it breaches, and the correction. No finding without evidence from your own document.

Read a complete sample report

What gets audited

Six dimensions, each assessed on its own before anything is reconciled. These are the areas we check — not a claim about how often applications fail in each.

Excellence

Objectives, ambition, state of the art, methodology. Is the advance specific enough to be judged, and is it beyond what already exists?

Impact

Pathways, market logic, exploitation, dissemination. Does the impact follow from the work, or is it asserted alongside it?

Implementation

Work plan, budget, consortium, risk. Can this team deliver this plan with this money in this time?

Programme fit

Eligibility, scope, call-specific obligations, TRL and readiness expectations for that exact call.

Risk and evidence

Which claims carry evidence, which carry none, and which would not survive a sceptical reader.

Consistency

Proposal against deck against budget against annexes. The contradictions you stop seeing after the fourth read.

Programmes we review

Each has its own evaluation contract, thresholds and annex rules. We do not review a programme until we hold its official criteria.

What it costs, against what it protects

A consultant charges €3,000–€8,000 to write one of these, and takes weeks. An independent check before you submit is €50–€150 — under an hour of that consultant’s time, and a fraction of a percent of what you are asking for.

You already pay for ChatGPT or Claude

They are good at prose. A pre-submission review is a different job: it needs the programme’s own rules, your own evidence, and a memory of what you were told last time.

Trust & security

You are about to send us a confidential draft that represents months of work. Here is exactly what happens to it.

EU processing

Your document is processed by Google Cloud / Vertex AI in an EU region. It does not leave the EU during the review.

Deleted after the review

The upload is held in memory for the length of the review and dropped when the report is built. It is never written to disk.

No model training

Nothing you upload is used to train or fine-tune any model. This is contractual, not a policy preference.

DPA available

If you are reviewing a client’s document, you are the controller and we are your processor. A signed DPA is ready.

What we do keep

The generated report, until it is delivered or the recovery window expires. Payment and delivery records, for accounting. Not your proposal.

It is a simulation

This is not an official assessment and cannot predict a funding decision. It is an independent read against published criteria — your judgement stays yours.

Free tools

Deterministic checks that run in your browser. No AI, no payment, no email address. These are the only free things here — the review itself is paid.

Review more proposals without adding reviewers

Deadline weeks are a resourcing problem. Running the mechanical first pass in parallel turns them back into a reading problem.

Consultancies

An independent adversarial pass before a draft goes to your client — a second opinion your client can see is not yours.

Universities & research offices

A consistent first read across every department, so your officers spend their time on the applications that need a human.

Accelerators & incubators

One standard across a whole cohort intake, with findings going to your advisers before the founder if you prefer.

Who is behind this

Qazi Sohail Ahmad — two decades writing and reviewing EU and national grant applications. The evaluator knowledge in this engine is his, written down and versioned rather than held in one person’s head.

GrantWise is small and says so. Packages are invoiced personally, support comes from the founder, and nothing here claims a team that does not exist.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do I receive?

Two documents, one purchase. A three-page Fix Sheet — the changes that move the judgement, each with its location and what a re-read should then find — and the full section-by-section review behind it, under the same numbers. Every finding carries the evidence from your own document, the rule it breaches and a concrete correction, with model-answer patterns and a shareable PDF. The number of findings reflects what the audit actually supports; we do not pad reports to hit a marketing number.

What does it cost, and do I pay before or after?

You pay once, before the review runs: €50 for shorter applications (EIC Stage 1, Women TechEU, Innowwide, Oppstartstilskudd 1) and €150 for full dossiers (EIC Stage 2, EIC Transition, EIC Pathfinder, ERC Proof of Concept, Horizon Europe, Eurostars, Oppstartstilskudd 2, SkatteFUNN, the EIT KICs). The exact price for your programme is shown in the form before you submit anything. No account, no subscription. If the report gives you nothing worth acting on, email us within 14 days and we refund it in full, no justification needed. Reviewing several a year? Volume packages start at €1,200.

Why is there no free preview?

Because producing a review costs real money in model time whether or not anyone buys it, and we would rather charge honestly than recover that cost by raising the price for the people who do buy. What you get instead: a complete sample report you can read in full before paying, and a refund if yours turns out not to be worth it. The free tools on this page are genuinely free — they run in your browser and make no AI call at all.

Is this an official evaluation?

No, and we will not let you think it is. It is a simulation of how an evaluator reads against published criteria. It cannot predict a funding decision, it can be wrong, and you must verify every fact, figure, deadline and eligibility statement against the official call documents before you rely on it. Your judgement, and your responsibility for your own application, stay yours.

How long does it take, and do I have to wait on the page?

Typically five to eight minutes, because your dossier is audited in several separate passes rather than answered in one. Large Stage 2 dossiers take longer. You can close the tab as soon as you submit — the report arrives by email.

Can I get a re-review after fixing things?

Yes, and it is the intended way to use this. Fix the top corrections and upload the revised version; comparing the two reports shows which issues resolved, persisted, worsened or appeared in the new draft. Your revision history is yours alone — it is never matched against another customer’s.

What happens to my proposal?

It is processed in memory in the EU and dropped as soon as your report is built. It is never written to disk and never used to train a model. The generated report is stored only until it has been delivered to you, or until the recovery window expires. Full privacy policy.

Do I lose my right to cancel by buying?

No. Sellers of immediately supplied digital content are allowed to ask you to waive your 14-day cooling-off period. We do not ask, because our money-back promise already gives you the same thing: change your mind within 14 days and you get a full refund, no justification needed.

See it the way an evaluator will — while you can still change it

Upload your application, pay once, and have the complete review in your inbox in five to eight minutes. If it gives you nothing worth acting on, we refund it.
