Consistent across reviewers
Every proposal is audited against the same programme contract, in the same order, whoever is on it — so a finding traces to a named criterion and a location in the document, not to whose turn it was. We are measuring run-to-run repeatability on fixed test dossiers and will publish the number rather than assert it.
Deadline weeks stop being a bottleneck
Five proposals in the last week is a resourcing problem. Running the first pass in parallel, in eight minutes each, turns it back into a reading problem.
Your clients’ documents are covered
You are the controller, we are your processor, and there is a signed DPA waiting — with a subprocessor list, transient EU processing and a no-training commitment. GrantWise does not retain uploaded proposals after processing.
Volume packages
A review is 1 credit for shorter applications (EIC Stage 1, Women TechEU, Innowwide, Oppstartstilskudd 1) and 3 credits for full dossiers (EIC Stage 2, EIC Transition, EIC Pathfinder, ERC Proof of Concept, Horizon Europe, Eurostars, Oppstartstilskudd 2, SkatteFUNN, the EIT KICs). Credits do not expire for 12 months. Retail is €50 and €150.
These are pilot packages, run by hand
Credits, your branding on reports, priority handling and white-label are commitments we make to you and fulfil manually. There is no team account, credit balance screen or shared workspace to log into yet. That is the honest position, and it is why packages are invoiced directly rather than sold through checkout.

The service provides a consistent first-pass assessment, evidence ledger and correction plan. Your team remains responsible for eligibility, specialist facts and final advice to clients. We do not contact your clients, and nothing carries our brand if you do not want it to.
