Why professionals trust it with their proposal

Your proposal is deletedYour file is parsed in memory and never written to disk or a database. We keep only the generated report for up to 7 days so you can choose whether to unlock it.
Processed in the EUEvaluation runs on EU-region infrastructure (europe-west1). Your text is never used to train any model.
Clear groundingUpload official call material for a call-specific review. With only a Call ID or topic, the report is explicitly limited to the programme-level framework.
Grounded in the real callWe won't guess your call. The evaluation is anchored to the Call ID or topic you provide — the same scope test real evaluators apply first.

Questions

What exactly do I receive?

A complete simulated Evaluation Summary Report — per-criterion scores on the official 0–5 scale with thresholds, evaluator-register narratives for Excellence, Impact and Implementation — plus a ranked corrections list: every finding converted into an actionable fix, worst first. EIC reviews use qualitative verdicts: Stage 1 can compare the 12-page short proposal with a supplied deck; Stage 2 always reviews Part B and can reconcile any supplied implementation, deck, FTO, LOI, financial, lump-sum or other annex evidence. Video pitches are not uploaded or reviewed.

How accurate is the scoring?

The scoring engine derives scores from graded findings using the official descriptor ladder, and applies evaluation and drafting expertise built over two decades of professional EU proposal work. It reproduces how evaluators actually score — e.g. an excellent criterion still tolerates one minor finding, while a couple of unqualified shortcomings pull it to "very good".

How long does it take?

Typically 2–5 minutes. You can close the page after submitting — your free score preview arrives by email.

Is this an official evaluation?

No. It is a simulation built to be format-faithful and calibration-faithful to official evaluations, so gaps surface before submission. It is not a European Commission assessment and does not predict funding decisions.

Can I get a re-review after fixing things?

Yes — fix the top corrections and upload the revised version. Comparing the two reports shows exactly how your score moved.
